This project consisted of the renovation and build-out of the 14th floor for Baird, delivering a modernized and functional office environment. The program included the construction of private offices, conference rooms, a reception area, and a café space to support both daily operations and client-facing activities. The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive interior fit-out, including new finishes and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Completed over an approximately 15-week schedule, the project was driven by close collaboration between the construction and project teams, ensuring an efficient process and a high-quality result.
