This project involved a Level 2 interior alteration for the Morgan Stanley office located in Ballantyne, Charlotte, delivering a refreshed and functional workplace environment aligned with business use requirements. The renovation included the build out of a reception area, conference rooms, copy and mail rooms, an open office workspace, and a pantry to support daily operations and team collaboration. The scope also encompassed upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required to support the new architectural layout. The result is a cohesive, modern office space designed to enhance both efficiency and employee experience.
