This project involved the renovation and build-out of an existing commercial office floor for Pulte Group. The scope included creating a complete oƯice suite featuring open work areas, private offices, a reception area, a boardroom, a training room, multiple smaller meeting rooms, and a break room. The design also incorporated a dedicated enclosed area reserved for future office expansion. Construction work focused on a full interior fit-out, including new partitions, doors, ceilings, lighting, and finishes, along with upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to support the new layout and functionality.
